1. About PPTfreebies

PPTfreebies.com is a website that provides downloadable presentation templates and related presentation design resources.

The Website offers both free and premium downloadable template content, subject to these Terms and any additional rules, conditions, notices, or instructions displayed on the Website.

2. Eligibility

To use the Website and Services, you must:

  1. be at least 18 years old;
  2. have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
  3. use the Website in compliance with applicable law.

By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the Website, including downloads and subscriptions, may require you to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account and to keep that information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You must not share your account with any other person or allow anyone else to access the Website through your account.

4. Free and Premium Access

4.1 Free Users

Free users may download files made available as free content on the Website, subject to the limits and conditions stated in these Terms and on the Website.

Free users are limited to 3 file downloads per month.

4.2 Premium Users

Premium users may download files made available as both free and premium content on the Website during an active premium subscription.

Premium access provides unlimited downloads for normal use.

PPTfreebies.com includes fair-use, security, and anti-abuse protection systems to help prevent misuse, automated downloading, mass downloading, or other activity that may negatively affect the Website or other users.

We reserve the right to temporarily restrict, pause, review, or limit download activity where such systems detect unusual, excessive, or suspicious usage patterns.

5. Download Tracking and Counting Rules

Downloads are tracked per file, not per template. A single template may contain multiple files, and each file may be tracked separately.

For the purposes of tracking usage and enforcing fair-use protection:

  • a file is counted only once per user account;
  • repeated downloads of the same file by the same user account do not count again;
  • if a download attempt fails, is interrupted, or results in a corrupted file, future download attempts of that same file do not count again; and
  • not every click on a download button will necessarily result in a counted download.

Free user download access is limited and resets monthly.

Premium users have unlimited download access for normal use. However, download activity may be monitored and subject to temporary restrictions, cooldowns, or review under our fair-use and anti-abuse systems.

6. Premium Subscription, Billing, and Renewal

Premium access is currently offered on a monthly subscription basis.

By purchasing a premium subscription, you agree that:

  1. subscription fees are charged in advance;
  2. your subscription begins once payment is successfully processed;
  3. your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal; and
  4. if you cancel, your premium benefits will remain active until the end of the current paid subscription period, after which the subscription will not renew.

We may change subscription pricing, features, limits, benefits, or package structure from time to time. For users with an active subscription, any such changes will apply from the next renewal period, and we will provide prior notice on the Website or through the contact details associated with your account at least 30 days before such changes take effect where reasonably applicable.

7. Refund Policy

Because premium access provides digital content and digital services, refunds are limited.

A refund request may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. the request is submitted within 7 days from the start of the premium subscription; and
  2. the user has not downloaded any files through the subscription.

Refunds do not apply in any of the following cases:

  1. renewal charges;
  2. accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or other misuse of the Services;
  3. accounts that violate these Terms, including account sharing, unauthorized redistribution, scraping, automation, circumvention of download limits, removal of required attribution, or prohibited AI-related use; or
  4. personal preference reasons, including dissatisfaction with the style, design, or suitability of the templates, where the content has been made available substantially as described.

All refund requests are subject to verification and review by PPTfreebies.com, based on our records and reasonable review of account, payment, and usage activity.

If a refund is approved, the related premium access will be canceled.

If an account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms, any remaining subscription period, remaining download quota, and access rights may be forfeited without refund.

8. License Grant

All templates, files, slides, assets, and other content made available through the Website (“Content”) remain the intellectual property of PPTfreebies.com or its licensors.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access, download, use, and modify the Content only as expressly permitted by these Terms.

This license does not transfer ownership of any Content to you.

9. Permitted Use of Templates

Subject to these Terms, you may use downloaded templates and modified versions of them for personal, educational, internal business, professional, marketing, and commercial presentation purposes.

This includes use in:

  • internal business presentations;
  • presentations for clients;
  • paid client deliverables;
  • agency and freelance work; and
  • other presentation-based end uses,

provided that your use does not violate these Terms and does not involve resale, redistribution, or unauthorized sharing of the original downloadable files.

10. Free Template Attribution Requirement

Free templates may be used for commercial and non-commercial presentation purposes only if the attribution included in the template is preserved.

If you use a free template, you must retain:

  1. the slide notices and attribution included in the template; and
  2. the credit text “PPTfreebies.com” displayed in the template, including where it appears in the corners of the slides.

Free users may not remove, hide, crop out, replace, or obscure such attribution unless we expressly state otherwise on the relevant download page.

11. Premium Templates and Attribution

Premium users may use downloaded premium templates and eligible content without being required to retain PPTfreebies.com attribution within the template, unless otherwise stated on the relevant download page.

Premium users may remove or modify attribution notices included in premium templates, subject to the rest of these Terms.

12. Limited Collaboration Rights

Premium users may share downloaded template files in editable form on a limited basis with internal team members, collaborators, or clients only when such sharing is strictly necessary for work on a specific project or presentation.

Any such sharing must remain limited, project-specific, and consistent with these Terms.

This limited collaboration right does not allow you or any recipient to:

  1. reuse the files as part of a general asset library;
  2. redistribute the files to unrelated third parties;
  3. upload the files to public or semi-public repositories or file-sharing services for general access;
  4. resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the files; or
  5. use the files outside the scope of the specific project for which they were shared.

13. Prohibited Uses

You must not, directly or indirectly:

  1. resell, redistribute, sublicense, assign, transfer, or commercially exploit the original downloadable files as standalone files;
  2. upload or re-upload any template files, whether original or modified, to marketplaces, stock websites, template stores, download sites, public cloud folders, Telegram channels, Canva template stores, or similar platforms;
  3. share premium accounts, login credentials, or subscription access with any third party;
  4. provide downloaded files to third parties separately from a final end product or presentation;
  5. use the Content to create or contribute to any competing template website, template marketplace, design asset library, subscription service, bundle, or similar service;
  6. remove required attribution from free templates;
  7. use bots, crawlers, spiders, scrapers, scripts, download automation tools, or similar mechanisms to access, copy, extract, harvest, or monitor the Website or its Content;
  8. bypass, disable, interfere with, or circumvent any download limits, access controls, technical protections, or security measures;
  9. use the Content for training, testing, fine-tuning, developing, or improving any artificial intelligence, machine learning model, dataset, automated design system, or similar technology;
  10. use the Content to generate, build, or support competing content libraries, template generators, or asset systems, whether manually or with AI tools;
  11. use the Website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or that may damage the Website, our operations, our users, or our rights; or
  12. use the Content in any manner that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or otherwise in violation of applicable law.

14. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Website and the Content, including all copyright, design rights, trademarks, logos, graphics, layouts, source materials, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by PPTfreebies.com or its licensors.
